Out on the horizon of a freshly fallen dawn
Stands a new beginning, willing to forget days gone
Eagerly He beckons, urging me to come
To face uncertain challenges that are confidently won
Majestically He draws a line, dividing dark and light
Promising new beginnings to all who see His might
As far as East is from the West
He casts our sin away
And in Him we can safely start
Our journey of new days
